Where can I park?

There is parking in the driveway, on the west side of Pacific Ave or metered parking on Via Maria to the south. The driveway fits a Sprinter van and one additional car or two/three cars.

When is street cleaning?

Street cleaning on Pacific Ave is on Tuesdays from 10am – 12pm.

Can I use your driveway?

Yes

Would a cargo van/sprinter fit in the driveway?

Yes.

What power does your home have?

What direction does the house face?

The main façade of the house on Pacific Ave faces west. The home has natural light on three sides – west, south and east facing sides.

How is the natural light?

The light travels throughout the home depending on the time of day.

Is the artwork cleared?

Yes, ALL the artwork is cleared and made by the home owner.

Can we move the furniture?

Yes, the furniture can be moved, but must be moved back to its original position.

Is there a bathroom the crew can use?

Yes, crew can use the powder room on the lower level of the home.

Can we use your garbage cans?

Yes, there are trash cans and recycling cans available for your use.

Where do people typically do hair/makeup and wardrobe?

We have a large lower level of the home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. Additionally, we have a large garden which can be used and facilitates social distancing.

Where do you prefer crafty to be set up?

All meals, crafty can be set up in the garden.

Can we use your WIFI?

Yes, there is a network available for your use.

Can you use the home’s accessories for staging?

There is a wide variety of plants that are all moveable. There is no additional fee.

Would it be possible to use your kitchen stuff in the shoots?

Yes, the kitchen is full of appliances, gadgets, plates, serving dishes, etc. You may use all of them. Appliances include Vitamix, Cuisinart Stand Mixer, and Hand Mixer. There is no additional fee.
